A Chiropractor must be licensed by the Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners to form a chiropractic office or business per KRS 312.145 which states

KRS 312.145 Form of.license – Inquiry into identity of licensee – Current names and addresses of all facilities to be provided

(3) Ownership or operation of a chiropractic facility within this state constitutes the practice of chiropractic requiring licensure. …

We included this step as more recent grads may be using this software, so we did not want to miss this important step.

Don’t forget to file your annual report with the Secretary of State by June 30th every year in Kentucky!
