Annual Kentucky Medicaid Renewal Explanation

Steps for updating your chiropractic license with the Department of Medicaid Services. 

Use Microsoft Edge or a browser other than Chrome (chrome only if have to)

If Error message appears contact Support at 1-877-838-5085 option 1, then option 1

-Clear Cache & Browser History (within last hour) if getting error message that says 404-file or directory not found.

1. Web address: http://www.medicaidsystems.ky.gov/partnerportal
2. Click get started
3. Sign in or create an account
4. Enter the security token through Symantec VIP access (VIP may have error- call support) – Follow directions for new security token if don’t currently have Symantec VIP Access
5. Accept terms
6. Next

You should be in your provider portal. 

1. Go to the maintenance status and enter your Medicaid ID number
2. Hit search and the provider should show up.
3. Select yes, you want to perform maintenance and choose date.
4. Under I want to perform: Select maintenance.
5. Go to 2.2 on the left hand side
6. Check to see if KBCE has updated your license expiration date, if so skip to step 8 if not follow the steps below.
7. Choose your new license number (the longer of the two numbers)
8. Click on Orange action box (edit license type)
9. Change license expiration date
10. Add to grid
11. Save and next
12. Go to 1.13 for Telehealth, (Ensure NO is there) – Click Edit to change the expiration date to reflect your license expiration date.
13. Go to 8.0 on left hand side, Upload documents
14. Click Orange Add Button
15. Then Chiropractic License type
16. Upload your new license
17. Add to grid
18. Save and next
19. Agree to the terms
20. Submit
21. Be sure to go back to check on the status of your application.
